Proud to be a US soccer fan this morning! Tim Howard was simply amazing.
Belgium is good. Lots of firepower. Looking forward to Belgium v Argentina this weekend.
US has a lot to hang its hat on moving forward. Several young guys stepped up during this edition of the World Cup, and the future looks bright for the USMNT.
Tim was "Man of the Match", and that was well deserved! The US has a very good team! My compliments, you can be very proud on them!
ReplyDeleteWe are also looking forward to saterday. Expectations are very high here with this very young team. I hope we can beat them again, like we did in 1982! Go Belgium, go! Or like our American friends say: "Yes, we can!".

Hey Peter! I thought about you often yesterday, wondering if you were watching as well! It was a fun game. I really like Belgium's team. Im still not sold on them this year, but I think they are going to be very dangerous at the next World Cup. Never know though - those young guys might figure out a way this year!!!!

Thanks my friend! I was watching with my youngest son, who isn't really a soccer fan. But the game was so good, he stopped with what he was doing and watched the game with me. Pity that one of the teams had to go home. Best game of the WC so far they say? Well I believe them!
