Test of new blog layout

Just checking to see if I can get two pics next to each other with the new layout.

Quirky to say the least.  Guess I need to learn HTML.

ST figure WIP

Faces, skin, and most of the black are complete.

"McCoy, Leonard H"

I think this is a great sculpt - holding the tricorder, with the strap and bag (which you cant see very well in this pic) across his chest.  If there was ever a Bones figure, this is it.

"Sauce for the goose, Mr Saavik"

Im disappointed by the Spock figure.  There is something wrong with his left eye...he looks like one of those chocolate bunnies you get at easter where you can pop his eye ball out!  Oh well...not much I can do about that.  The ears that I scratch built look good, and overall, his face looks like Spock, IMHO.

"Spock, the women on your planet are logical.  Thats the only planet in the galaxy that can make that claim"

Kirk doesnt really look all that much like 'original Kirk'...looks more like Chris Pine.  But, thats alright - Ill roll with it.  His face has turned out well, and thats important, because he will be standing at the front of my little diorama.  Also, notice the "shoulder pads" in this picture.  The sculpts of these guys look more like a cross between the original series (pants and boots are DEFINITELY TOS) and TNG.  That ok - they arent 'Star Trek' figures, so I have to make do.

Finally, a couple of red shirts that will round out the away team
