Sci Fi marines and a timing experiment

I bought 32 15mm NAC marines from GZG Miniatures.  Im going to time myself and record it in my journal.  I want to know how long it takes me to do these.  I wont be rushing - im not interested in speeding through - but I would like to know how much effort I put into these.  So far, im about 40 minutes in, including cleaning up the figs (some flash, etc) and gluing to pennies.
You can see a little of the detail here.  A couple bulky shoulder pads, helmets with visor, and some sort of techie backpack.
Im also trying to decide on the color scheme.  The way I see it, there are two major areas - the uniform, which appears to be clothing of some kind, and then the shoulder pads/helmet which would be hard pieces.  Im either gonna camouflage the hard parts, and paint the uni one color, or vice versa.  I kinda want to do something different, so Im veering away from the Aliens marine look - maybe a Mars scheme, or a 'spaceship' scheme.  Here are a couple color swatches Ive been messing around with.
Im definitely leaning toward one of the swatches that is kinda using the dot or chip camo.
